Motorcycles & new energy · Honda: 20%+ gas savings, data in Feishu for real-time review
SUXIN Academy · ~3 min read

Honda’s (motorcycle / new-energy) lines run large volumes of MIG welding with mixed shielding gas, with many stations and a fast cycle time.
Stations are dispersed and flow settings coarse, so waste and fluctuation are hard to grasp uniformly, and management relies heavily on inspection rounds and experience.
The solution was Suxin active closed-loop gas control + networked fleet control; welding data feeds into the enterprise OA (Feishu), so managers can review each station’s gas savings and operating status in real time at any moment.
Gas savings reached 20%+ (up to ~40% at a single station), with about 33 units deployed; data feeds into Feishu for real-time review, turning gas savings and utilization from “invisible” into “reviewable at any time.”
Behind this is Suxin smart welding — active closed-loop gas control plus networked fleet control, making the welding gas savings and utilization status of multi-station lines like Honda’s reviewable in real time.
