The SUXIN welding data platform: connecting quality control, utilization and weld traceability

The hardware digitizes the welding process; the software turns the data into decisions. SUXIN software is an optional data layer — edge acquisition + cloud AI — in three layers: dashboards, mid-platform, lean reports (above: a plant-level dashboard giving a one-screen overview of plant-wide output, utilization (OEE), quality and gas use — process monitoring from the plant manager’s view).
Deeper still is the lean reports layer: lean reports + PDCA and a 5M1E data acquisition loop; weld records are born-digital, checked one by one against the WPS, and audit-ready — delivering weld traceability and process control (WPS compliance).
